"I've been training with Adele for the last 18 months or so off and on - initially as part of her circuit classes at Strength HQ and more recently doing PT and pilates sessions 'out west'. When I started out with Adele, I had done next to no strength or cardio training since having children. Adele was able to adapt her sessions to fit a level that I was comfortable with and then increased the intensity and difficulty as my strength and endurance increased. She also tailored the exercises accordingly when I suffered a shoulder and neck injury to ensure the right balance of rehabilitation, without causing further strain or injury. While training with my wife, we have had a blast training together. Adele is created workout plans that suit both of our strengths but also really working on those weak areas which are always the ones we leave to last. Adele has at times made it competitive for us so we feel like we can push each other a little hard each time, but also know that you have the support of a partner who is willing to encourage you to reach your goals. "I went on holiday to Tahiti and tried to swim - something I'm normally good at. My arm didn't work and neither did my legs very well! I got a shock at just how inactive I'd become and how my body was getting old, stiff and seizing up. I met Adele at a charity session and was so impressed by her fun but serious way of doing exercise, I signed up two years ago. She is truly amazing and what makes her so special is her depth and breadth of knowledge. Even when you are sick and/or injured she will still know what to do with your body to get the best out of you. Whether it's a straight work-out session including boxing and cardio or a drop of pilates/yoga or you have a goal - she can resource it all. And on top of all that, she's fun! Best move I ever made and I wouldn't be without her. My health, motility and general wellbeing is all the better for having Adele as a Personal Trainer."
